Emma Perry-Finley

With over 7 years of experience in volleyball and with one season as head coach, Emma has dedicated herself to developing athletes both on and off the court. She is dedicated to athlete development both on and off the court, combining a strong technical background with an emphasis on teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.

At Coastal Crush, Coach Emma cultivates an environment that promotes growth and resilience. Her core coaching philosophy prioritizes individual player development, focusing on building confidence and essential skills that translate to both the sport and life. She emphasizes mental toughness and strategic thinking, ensuring athletes are well-rounded competitors.

Beyond her team responsibilities, she engages actively with the local volleyball community, collaborating with local high schools to broaden her coaching perspective and foster connections among players. Her commitment to mentorship is central to her approach, as she aims to instill a lasting passion for the game.

While pursuing her bachelor’s degree at the University of West Florida, Coach Emma also dedicates time to her passion for dog training, utilizing her coaching strategies to develop her canine companions effectively.
