Dottie has been coaching volleyball for 8 years and has experience coaching for three different clubs. In addition to club volleyball, she is also the current head volleyball coach at Tate High School.

Dottie played college volleyball at Central Methodist University in Fayette, Missouri as a defensive specialist. Before that, she was a 4 year varsity DS/Libero at her high school in Kansas City. She loves teaching the game at all levels and is excited for her first year at Coastal Crush!​
